Paul van den Donk studied Business Administration at the Eindhoven University of Technology. After several positions in logistics and project management, he worked for a time in retail and shopping center management. In 2000, he transitioned to financial services, where he advised entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals for many years. In 2016, Paul decided to specialize further in real estate financing and joined Adelaer as a partner. Paul works for a wide variety of clients on both the development and investment sides.
Paul is known as a decisive person who combines strong analytical qualities with a creative view on (re)financing and (re)structuring issues.
