Besides an independently established advisory practice specializing in residential and commercial property financing, Daan also has experience as an independent developer. After the financial crisis, Daan scaled back these activities to focus solely on Real Estate Finance and Equity Partnership. He is an entrepreneur who, like his clients, knows the ropes.

As Chief Operating Officer, Rob is responsible for the daily management of our business operations and the translation of strategic objectives into concrete results. His experience in leading complex organizational structures and optimizing processes provides a solid foundation for further professionalizing our real estate financing services. In recent years, Rob has focused on restructuring medium-sized companies, consistently making a difference by making them more agile, efficient, and future-proof. This experience seamlessly aligns with the dynamism of our sector, where adaptability and customer focus are paramount. Rob is characterized by his strategic perspective, pragmatic approach, and ability to mobilize people and processes. Dennis has over 27 years of experience in financial services. He started in banking in 1995 as a financial advisor and transitioned to self-employment in 2004 as co-owner of a then-progressive financing boutique specializing in private advisory services. After selling this company in 2013, Dennis continued to advise private individuals and entrepreneurs on financial matters, combining this with interim assignments. In the years that followed, he worked for a broad spectrum of clients, including accountants, insurers, and banks. His assignments spanned diverse areas, from pension and financial advisors to CDD/KYC analysts, special management, and the acceptance and assessment of complex residential mortgages through the intermediary channel.
In 2001, he completed the financial planning course and the CFP certification (formerly FFP certification), and in 2003 he also completed his Master of Arts in financial planning at TIAS Business University in Tilburg.
At Adelaer, Dennis uses his knowledge and experience to further professionalize the internal organization of Adelaer's various departments and ensure optimal collaboration. This includes the further development and rollout of the loan management system and, ultimately, enabling advisors to provide their clients with optimal advice and support throughout the financing process.

Arnold de Bruin is a member of the Adelaer Group Advisory Board. Arnold brings 30 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong focus on family businesses. In his new role, he and the other members of the Advisory Board will advise the management team, consisting of Daan Reekers and Robert Jan Voogt, particularly on finance and digitalization.
Arnold has a background as a certified public accountant and holds a master's degree in Information Management from Nyenrode Business University. He was a partner at KPMG until the summer of 2024. Currently, Arnold is CFO at Keeyns, a software company in 's-Hertogenbosch specializing in tax technology. He also lectures at Nyenrode University and holds various supervisory positions.

He is also Jean Monnet Professor of European Financial and Monetary Integration at Tilburg University and a visiting professor at Harvard University. He was also part-time professor of Monetary Economics at the Department of European Economic Studies at the College of Europe, part-time professor of Economic Policy at Humboldt University of Berlin (1996-2000), and part-time professor of European Financial Integration at the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Erasmus University Rotterdam (2005-2008).
Sylvester was a member of the European Parliament's Panel of Monetary Experts for the monetary dialogue with the European Central Bank. He was also a member of the Advisory Committee on the Future of Banks (Maas Committee), whose recommendations were incorporated into a Banking Code, and the Committee on the Structure of Dutch Banks (Wijffels Committee). He chairs the Supervisory Board of the BKR Foundation and is a member of the Advisory Board of Banning Advocaten. Since September 2020, Sylvester has been a member of the Advisory Board of the Adelaer Group.

Christiaan's first degree was a HEAO-MER (Higher Education and Economics) degree in Rotterdam, which he completed afterward. He then went to work for Exact software and then IBM as a trainee. After several years in IT, Christiaan transitioned to banking and started working for ABN AMRO as a private advisor for wealthy individuals. During this period, Christiaan began a part-time study of tax law at Erasmus University, which he successfully completed after five years.
While completing his tax law degree, he joined ABN AMRO subsidiary HBU (Hollandsche Bank-Unie), where he worked in corporate lending through Special Products (tax financing structures). At HBU, he was responsible for the shipping portfolio when Deutsche Bank acquired HBU. Within Deutsche Bank, he moved to the newly established Lending department, Structured Finance, where he remained for another 12 years, working in various sectors, but with a focus on Rotterdam-based companies (including offshore and port-related businesses), later moving into real estate financing.
In recent years, Christiaan, together with a small team within Deutsche Bank in the Netherlands, was responsible for a large portfolio of solid real estate deals where the emphasis was on growing that portfolio – a very interesting period.
At Adelaer, Christiaan will be able to use his knowledge of the many facets of financing practice to optimally serve clients.

Libor Vincent brings over 20 years of experience in financing and structuring complex real estate transactions. He specializes in optimizing both the debt and equity sides of investments and offers customized solutions for investors.
Within the ADELAER organization, Libor is based in Germany, where he collaborates closely with banks, lenders, and funds to achieve the best financing solutions. He has extensive experience deploying capital markets products. Throughout his career, he has held various key positions at leading institutions, including ABN AMRO, Deutsche Bank, Eurohypo, and Commerzbank. This extensive banking expertise, combined with his work for private equity and institutional investors, enables him to uniquely add value to real estate projects. Libor studied law at the universities of Rotterdam and Nijmegen, specializing in Private International Law and Corporate & Securities Law.

Daniel Feys
With over thirty years of experience in the financial sector in Belgium, Daniël Feys brings a wealth of expertise in corporate finance, credit analysis, and regional leadership.
After completing his studies in Financial Sciences, Daniel Feys began his career at KBC Bank, where he worked as a credit analyst, laying the foundation for his in-depth knowledge of financing. After seven years, he was promoted to branch manager, a role he successfully held for ten years. At Belfius Bank, he then took over as regional manager for the Ostend–Bruges–Knokke region, where he managed teams and built strong relationships with local businesses.
In 2017, Daniel Feys consciously chose entrepreneurship. He guided the establishment of several start-ups, often taking on the operational management role. This period enriched his perspective on financing and strengthened his ability to offer customized solutions to entrepreneurs.
After three years of working within The Harbour, a funding agency in Flanders, a partnership with Adelaer began on September 1, 2025. This collaboration allows Daniel Feys to combine his passion for corporate finance with Adelaer's innovative approach to real estate financing.

During this period, Christiaan began a part-time study of tax law at Erasmus University, which he successfully completed after five years.
While completing his tax law degree, he joined ABN AMRO subsidiary HBU (Hollandsche Bank-Unie), where he worked in corporate lending through Special Products (tax financing structures). At HBU, he was responsible for the shipping portfolio when Deutsche Bank acquired HBU. Within Deutsche Bank, he moved to the newly established Lending department, Structured Finance, where he remained for another 12 years, working in various sectors, but with a focus on Rotterdam-based companies (including offshore and port-related businesses), later moving into real estate financing.
In recent years, Christiaan, together with a small team within Deutsche Bank in the Netherlands, was responsible for a large portfolio of solid real estate deals where the emphasis was on growing that portfolio – a very interesting period.

With over thirty years of experience in the financial sector in Belgium, Daniël Feys brings a wealth of expertise in corporate finance, credit analysis, and regional leadership.
After completing his studies in Financial Sciences, Daniel Feys began his career at KBC Bank, where he worked as a credit analyst, laying the foundation for his in-depth knowledge of financing. After seven years, he was promoted to branch manager, a role he successfully held for ten years. At Belfius Bank, he then took over as regional manager for the Ostend–Bruges–Knokke region, where he managed teams and built strong relationships with local businesses.
In 2017, Daniel Feys consciously chose entrepreneurship. He guided the establishment of several start-ups, often taking on the operational management role. This period enriched his perspective on financing and strengthened his ability to offer customized solutions to entrepreneurs.
