About us

Adelaer Financial Architects is a high-end financing and brokerage boutique that stands out for its creative approach to financing solutions. This includes advising, mediating, and assisting in arranging financing and credit for commercial real estate. There is also a small capital markets team for brokering, advising, and analyzing real estate properties and/or portfolios.

With its broad, international network of lenders, investors, and developers, Adelaer facilitates transactions in the Netherlands and is expanding throughout Europe. In 2021, Adelaer launched a data-driven fintech platform to optimize supply and demand in the financing market, serving both the Dutch and European markets. This platform will be further expanded and professionalized in the coming period to become the European standard.

What are you going to do?

When you join Adelaer, you'll join a dynamic team where you can learn a great deal. You'll be responsible for managing the credit risks of the loan portfolio and supporting senior advisors in the commercial preparation and follow-up of financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, coordinate and monitor progress in processing new and ongoing applications and customer-specific information;
  • Developing credit proposals, analyzing information and assessing the real estate, financial quality and market position of the relationship;
  • Monitoring and promoting optimal service provision and correct implementation of agreements made with clients and supporting departments;
  • The proactive management of the assigned client portfolio, including periodic reviews and data quality within the client and loan systems;
  • Make a positive contribution to the established (operational as well as commercial) targets;
  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing relationship, prospect, and industry information in preparation for senior advisor appointments;
  • Translating market trends into credit proposals and actions for the purpose of risk management of the credit portfolio.

Your Profile

  • You have completed a university study in real estate, finance, business administration or economics;
  • You are eager to learn, have excellent numerical skills, are analytical and have an eye for quality and detail;
  • You are interested in valuation models, financial real estate operations, market research and data warehouse models;
  • You are proficient in Excel and you are skilled in using MS Office;
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English;
  • You are energetic, enterprising, commercially skilled and you have great perseverance;
  • You live near our head office in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Salary: €3.000,00 to €4.000,00 per month
