What are you going to do?
You'll be responsible for acquiring and managing Adelaer's clients. You'll advise these clients on financing solutions for the real estate portfolio, proposition, or development. You'll do this together with the internal analysts, who will develop the teasers for you and support you throughout the process. You'll meet weekly with the other advisors to discuss how we can better serve the market. Your specific responsibilities include:
- Submitting new and maintaining ongoing applications;
- Coordinating credit proposals, analyzing information and assessing the relationship's real estate, financial quality and market position;
- Maintaining (international) banking relationships;
- Monitoring and promoting optimal service provision and correct implementation of agreements made with clients and supporting departments;
- Achieving the established (operational as well as commercial) targets.
Your profile
- A completed university or higher professional education (e.g. BE/MER), preferably supplemented with relevant work experience in the real estate industry and/or banking experience;
- Excellent numerical and analytical insight;
- You are a skilled communicator, both verbally and in writing;
- You are a team player, decisive and set the right priorities;
- You are proficient in using MS Office;
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
