Dennis has over 27 years of experience in financial services. He started in banking in 1995 as a financial advisor and transitioned to self-employment in 2004 as co-owner of a then-progressive financing boutique specializing in private advisory services. After selling this company in 2013, Dennis continued to advise private individuals and entrepreneurs on financial matters, combining this with interim assignments. In the years that followed, he worked for a broad spectrum of clients, including accountants, insurers, and banks. His assignments spanned diverse areas, from pension and financial advisors to CDD/KYC analysts, special management, and the acceptance and assessment of complex residential mortgages through the intermediary channel.

In 2001, he completed the financial planning course and the CFP certification (formerly FFP certification), and in 2003 he also completed his Master of Arts in financial planning at TIAS Business University in Tilburg.

At Adelaer, Dennis uses his knowledge and experience to further professionalize the internal organization of Adelaer's various departments and ensure optimal collaboration. This includes the further development and rollout of the loan management system and, ultimately, enabling advisors to provide their clients with optimal advice and support throughout the financing process.
